Who is Bryan Kohberger?

Mogen and Goncalves were also found dead in the same bed, the documents of the Moscow police department revealed. Mogen had injuries to the arms, hands and face.
What happened to Kaylee Goncalves?
The documents reveal that Goncalves was “unrecognizable” following “damage” on his face – according to several police accounts on the scene. She had more than 20 stabs.
Was there surviving roommates?
Yes. Both Dylan Mortensen And Bethany Funke survived the attack. The new documents reveal that Mortensen has poorly identified two of his deceased roommates due to the severity of their injuries. Mortensen saw Kohberger cross the house but “was in intoxication and did not want to believe what was going on”. The transcriptions of his interview with the police reveal that Mortensen heard what she thought was the voice of a man say: “It will be going. I’m going to help you.”
Mortensen spoke publicly for the first time During the Kohberger condemnation hearing in July 2025.
“What happened that night has changed everything,” she said, in part. “Because of him, four beautiful, authentic and compassionate have been removed from this world without reason.”
Mortensen added: “Living is the way I honor them. To speak today is to help me find a kind of justice for them, and I will never let it take this.
Funke also wrote a letter for the hearing, but she was read in court by a friend.
How long will Bryan Kohberger be in prison?
Kohberger has undergone four perpetuity penalties without the possibility of parole.
